Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
2 Tablespoon of maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Toppings: any fruit you like
1/4 cup of water to thin the pudding if you need
Roast coconut flakes lightly golden brown
Mix together almond milk, chia seed and maple syrup, pinch of salt
Let it rest for minimum 30-40 minutes or leave it in the fridge overnight
Thin the pudding if it is little thick
Serve it in a bowl with coconut flakes and (fruits like passion fruit, pineapple, blueberries)
